To fix the problem

Lots of people are contacting us with problems regarding error messages in their email client (Outlook). To fix the problem, please follow the steps below:

1. Restart the email client
2. Navigate to File -> Account Settings -> Manage Profiles -> Email Accounts.
3. Once there, select the email account in question and then select Change.
4. Enter your password and click Next / Finish

If you are unsure of the password associated with the email address in question, it is easiest to log in to your control panel and set a new password:

1. Log in to the control panel at https://login.binero.se/
2. Navigate to Email -> Email Accounts.
3. Select the email domain from the list and click Edit at the address for which you want to change the password.
4. Enter your new password and click Save.

Then redo the process with your email client and enter your new password.
